Apply for a PCI Account

Thank you for your interest in PCI. Our web site is designed to facilitate business between PCI and our wholesale customers. However, a large portion of our site is not available to the public.

To take full advantage of our online catalog and gain access to the secure areas of the site, you must first apply for a PCI account.

You may download the PCI Application below, which is available in Adobe Acrobat format. If you do not currently have Adobe Acrobat, a link is provided below. You may also apply via our online application located below the printable application. Our online application is intended for COD-Money Order, Credit Card, and Drop Ship accounts only. If you would like to obtain a COD-Company Check or Net Terms, please print and fax the full application previously mentioned.

The downloaded application is needed only if you are looking for Terms or a COD-Company Check account. For a Credit card or other COD account please fill out the online application form below. Once you have downloaded the PCI Application, print a copy and fill in the information and fax the filled out PCI Application to (817) 654-6970.

Online Application Form

To streamline the processing of applications, PCI charges a $25.00 refundable deposit. This deposit is refundable within the first six months upon receipt of written request. Your account will be closed at this time if sales have not reached $500.00. If no written request is received at the end of the 6 months the deposit will be forfeited.

Account set up process:

1. Online Application, signed resale certificate and $25.00 deposit sets up a "Pending Drop Ship Account". Pending accounts will have their personal passwords activated and are given full internet access where you will have access to our products and tools. Your $25.00 deposit can be made by credit card over the phone or via our web site. Passwords will be activated within 48 hours of receiving payment Monday thru Friday.

2. Accounts can stay in "Pending Status" for six months. After six months if no orders are placed your internet access will be terminated and your application discarded.

3. Permanent accounts are set up when you are ready to place your first order. At this time we will need to add a credit card to your account. All orders are charged to your credit card and drop shipped to your customer. To add a credit card to your account you will need to request the Credit Card Authorization form to be faxed or emailed to you.
